How to wear...a yellow skirt? (1)

Surf/scuba – inspiration: sportswear; neoprene, skin-hugging ensembles reminiscent of wetsuits, Resort 2012; accents: neon colors, color blocking, exposed zippers, cut outs, bright and surf inspired accessories with beads, rope and shells; wet, slicked-back hair (as seen in Resort 2012 collections); when to wear? at the beach party; on a more informal artistic cocktail or exhibition.
